State Secession Should Be The Natural Result Of A Tyrannical Federal Government
While the pundits argue over whether or not the states have the legal right to secede from the Union and the mainstream media and radio pundits points out “Ain’t ever gonna happen!” here are 10 reasons that perhaps secession should.
#1. The banking system in this country is out of control. First off, due to the unconstitutional Federal Reserve Act our money has to be loaned into existence. That’s right for anyone that doesn’t understand this concept. Our paper money, printed by the treasury, can only do so once a loan has been made from the Federal Reserve, a private banking Corporation made up of America’s top five major banks. These banks hold a rope around the neck of the American people for trillions of dollars in their bad gambling debts that they have made, that we are held responsible for, because our congress people signed for the debts. The national debt is not our debt to our government. It is our FEDERAL government’s debt to the banks. We dissolve the Federal government, we dissolve the debt. . .
If the states were to break up the Union and coin their own money, backed by the full faith and credit of the, say, Republic of Texas. The people of each state, respectively, could thumb their nose in the face of Federal Reserve and we would be no worse for the wear, continuing to honor Federal Reserve notes until they were taken out of circulation and replaced with the state currency.
Of course, this would drive the national banks into bankruptcy (so sad) but Americas in state credit unions I’m sure could use the business (or smaller state founded banks).
#2. Without a Federal income tax to pay, state’s would instantly have up to an additional 50% more income remaining in their state’s economy. This would create a tax base for far less than we as citizens pay now, to support our local National Guard (now state Militia), roads, highways and airports. Let alone, lack of Federal fuel taxes could cause some ease at the pump, all of which would stimulate growth and business, creating a new golden age of business in America, er. . . The individual states.
#3. Federal land-grabs. The Federal Government has been locking down public lands in unnecessary national forests, national monuments and national parks. This has shut down business in the West, whether it be mining, oil or even agriculture – business has been sold out to non-governmental organizations and public trustees who would allow use of these lands.
As a matter of fact, counting all states from Colorado to the Coast, the Federal govt owns over 60% of all land. That’s 60 % more land that could be placed in the self-determining hands of the states themselves, as how to best manage their resources.
#4. Water rights. The West is heading for a catastrophe within a generation if nothing is done. The Hoover Dam is already down to 40% of capacity, Glen Canyon Dam 35% capacity, yet any redirection, or TRUE CONSERVATION is called destructive to the environment, by Eastern Environmentalist “wackos”. People who have never set foot inside Western States are dictating how best we can manage our environmental resources. They warn us of the dangers of over development, while they sit on land made fertile by the works of the Tennessee Valley Authority. They are hypocrites and if they understood anything about true economy they would get the hell out of our way – But once again, we remove the road blocks if we remove the Federal Government. No Fed Gov’t – No Federal EPA. Ideas like NAWAPA which were examined by the Kennedy administration are just waiting to give the West the water it needs for future generations.
#5. You have countries the size of Uganda or Belgium with a full vote in the United Nations. Yet Alaska, California and Texas don’t? Is it any wonder the U.N. doesn’t work? With an additional 49 free market “countries” seated in the U.N., I don’t think the “world” government would have such an easy time railroading us in the West. When tyrannical leaders from the world’s most aggregious human rights violators continue to share a majority vote, with their fellow dictators and fascist leaders – Is it any wonder we here in the Western Hemisphere are continually screwed by this international body? Having 50 leaders from 50 U.S. states seated at the U.N. this would change the vote to where the U.N.’s policies may actually become palatable.
#6. Inheritance taxes. The Federal Government thinks they deserve to re-tax your father’s estate, as it passes to you and your siblings because why? He didn’t pay the taxes on it in the first place? BS! What a great reason to secede today. Keep the government’s hands off your Dad’s stuff! This also extends to gift taxes and excise taxes. These are examples of the Federal Government either over reaching, or unfairly trying to control an industries growth. Either way, you can get rid of them tomorrow by getting rid of Federal government.
#7. 50 individual state governments running their own affairs without the oversight of a central bureaucracy would also mean the elimination of not only national “police” forces, but also the Departments of Education, Energy, Commerce, Agriculture, Labor, Transportation, Interior, etc. All totaled this would bring an end to over 500 Federal Government bureaucracies that the states could either reinstate, within their borders (expanding local job growth), or say “good riddance” to them once and for all. Like would you really need a DEA (Drug Enforcement Agency), if you had a solid state Vice squad. Many of the Federal governments departments are redundant and could use trimming or elimination.
#8. Payroll taxes – These may not be eliminated, but they would certainly be reduced if the state was in charge of taking care of its own. Payroll taxes are taken from your employer in an amount that matches what you contributed towards your social security. Some states could revamp this program, others may eliminate it altogether and replace it with something more equitable to their citizens. But the point is it would be up to the states.
#9. Sin Taxes – Alcohol, tobacco, elicit drugs would all be left up to the state to regulate, tax and police if the state’s were in control. As a matter of fact, not only would their be no higher authority than your state highway patrol this leads me to our final point. . .
#10. Elimination of the FBI, CIA, TSA and Homeland Security. Could there be a happier day where you could be more proud to be a citizen of Alabama, Alaska,, Arizona, Arkansas, etc.?
In the final analysis, a good question would be have we grown too large for our own good? When a company gets underwater, it shuts down locations that aren’t producing and downsizes. Well, if all states seceded from the Federal Government, the Federal Government would collapse and maybe that’s not such a bad thing.
Our founders designed the Federal Government to be nothing more than a regulatory body, insuring fair interstate trade and a judicial system to solve disputes. A case could be made that it was also the Federal Government’s responsibility to police our borders and fight our wars, but at the 1787 Constitutional Convention, delegates argued against ever having a standing U.S. Army. That didn’t come until later.
In today’s modern age, the Federal government is nothing more than a parasite feeding off the backs of our hard working people – and the states in which we live.
Interstate commerce can today be handled by our individual states, with nothing more than a few continental trade agreements, much like we have with Canada and Mexico today. And as far as a Federal court system. . . State Supreme courts could hold the oversight on all pressing matters that happened under their jurisdiction. This bloated, centralized bureaucracy is at its timely end and people are just waking up to it. Give it some thought – the possibilities are endless.
Thank Your Local Bully – Bullies Shape You Into The Adult You Become
I just watched this movie and yes, it was both tragic and touching, but before we all try and change the world overnight and stamp out bullying by overprotecting our kids and creating a larger nanny-state, I actually want to stand up for the bullies.
Not because they are fine examples of what someone should aspire to be. Not because they add anything positive to our daily existence when we are growing up with their constant threat in our face.
But they do teach us about what it takes to be a man (or a woman) as opposed to just scared little kids.
I was terrorized by a bully throughout seventh and eighth grade (and his gang of friends who thought he was so cool, because he would intimidate the kids that they were all afraid of), to the point they would take cheap shots at me and then hide in his shadow…
Well, this experience taught me everything I ever needed to know about being a man and how violence can be a positive thing.
One day I woke up, half way through my eighth grade year and decided I’d had enough of bad dreams and of the fear of getting my ass kicked. So I went to school that day telling myself that the first time I crossed paths with the bully or any of his posse – that would be that.
I walked right up to him mid-morning between classes and told him, “Brian, I’m sick of your shit and I know your probably going to kick my ass – but I’m done with it.”
And I popped him right in the nose… and then just continued to swing until somebody pulled me off of him.
I was immediately taken to the principle’s office and suspended for a week, but when I returned to school. Not only did I never get any more trouble from Brian, but all of his friends left me alone as well.
I wouldn’t say I won the fight – Brian got some good shots in on me as well and rang my bell pretty good. But after that, they respected me. I was never friends with any of them – But I didn’t take any more shit from them either.
Bullies prey on the weak. Once you come to this realization and stand up to them – they will leave you alone and you can hold your head high.
Bottom line, no one should ever have to put up with bullying. But you don’t legislate it away. You stand up for yourself. You fight back, from a position of strength – Not of weakness.
This is one of the most important lessons of life, because although we’d like to fool ourselves into believing bullies only exist on playgrounds – we run into them throughout our lives and if we don’t learn to deal with them as kids, we will be pushed around our entire lives by them.
Sorry for the rant, but its a point that needs to be made. We have gone from a country that aspires to be like John Wayne, to a country who thinks Tosh.O is just “the bomb”.
It’s time we put down the latte and took two steps back and took our coffee as black as reality.
Bullies exist. Deal with it – bully your bullies. They’ll cease to exist and you will find yourself that much stronger in all of your personal endeavors.
The Return of Elvis and Moobies: Nature’s Strange Sense of Diet Humor
Nature plays the strangest tricks on you as you diet and you body changes shape. Although I am now the lightest I have been in two years, I am reminded of nature’s cruel sense of humor, as I awoke this morning to find a perfect pair of “C-cup” breasts, or Moobies, sitting on my chest.
To some men, this would be a dream come true. I did consider for at least 30 seconds or so, just staying in bed all morning and playing with them. . . I mean they were perfect! Well shaped, aireola protruding ever so slightly, pert and perky. They were more than this 40 year old deserved – I almost started to give them a squeeze, but then the sight of my hairy chest came into focus and brought me to reality – Moobies! – These were definitely still man boobs! The instant of arousal was spoiled!
Besides, I really had to pee. . .
So I went to the bathroom. As I walked by the bathroom mirror, it was a freakish site. There was the profile of a fat, bearded man, sporting a pair of Playboy centerfold quality breasts… and to think, I more or less asked for this! As I jogged my memory, I remembered these moobies lurching forth from my chest 18 months ago. They stuck around until my weight leveled out in the high 320’s and they again took on more of a pec-like shape. Now I’m down from 351 lbs (around 315), they are back and perky as ever! Too bad you can’t just stick lipstick on a pig, or I might consider shaving my chest and having a private, singular “love fest” for an evening – it could be the best sex I’ve had in ages! Naaaaahhhh! That’s just sick and wrong. . . But that’s all the more reason to hurry up and lose some more weight. I believe they’ll go away again if I can get below 310 (please Lord, promise me they’ll go away!).
Anyway, I was walking to the toilet. Forgive my continued forthright honesty here, but as I reached down to “drain the weasel”, I saw something move! It was crazy! Down below my belly, there was this little helmeted creature poking his head out at me. Very briefly, I was startled! It was like a little skin-toned armadillo looking back at me – right from about the same area that pee springs forth! And then it dawned on me. . . That was my old drinking buddy!
It was like being re-introduced to an old friend you hadn’t seen in ages. I wanted to give him a hug, but I couldn’t bend that far forward! I reached down to give him a handshake and that’s when I realized – it was him! My left hand was already holding him, as the call of nature was taking its course.
Man, he has been so missed! I stood there for a second just marveling at my old friend. I even sucked in a little extra just to take a good look. He looked just like he had the last time I saw him – he hadn’t aged a day! We just stood there and stared at each other for a moment and then we talked about the old times and some of our former conquests and then we talked about how it had been a while since we had tag-teamed any. . . Well, you don’t need to hear this part.
But in just finding that he still exists, I found new hope for tomorrow! I found new resolve for retaking my body and winning this “Battle of the Bulge”! For today I rediscovered a new bulge that has been neglected for far too long! We took a moment to rekindle the old friendship and decided that soon, just me and him should go out for the night – maybe even a whole weekend. Yes, soon Elvis and I will be back in fighting shape and then watch out world – here we come (No pun intended)!!!

What’s been told, or rather sold, to us on TV by news pundits, presidents and lawmakers are all complete and blatant lies. Even Geraldo was left with little to say when confronted by a structural engineer and a survivor’s parent who was literally begging for a new investigation, based off of World Trade Center, building 7.
Anyone who’s tried to wake someone else up – with evidence of squibs, sub-basement explosions, knowledge of past false-flags perpetrated by our government, and the arrant impossibility of two 110-story skyscrapers collapsing at free-fall speed – knows what gets the biggest reaction is mentioning the fact that a third building fell that day – a 47-story building that was not hit by a plane.
When confronted by this little known fact, 9/11 truth-debunkers are sent reeling and scramble to come up with some scenario in which a STEEL-FRAMED building could collapse when it sustained little to no damage. Truth debunkers get positively infuriated, and utterly uncomfortable, as they begin postulating speculations from all angles, covering up for the government they hold so dear.
It’s the eleventh anniversary of 9/11 this week and our nation is in mourning, as am I – and I am a “truther”. Not because I am an anti-establishment rebel, or because I hate my country – rather, its just the opposite and it is for the love of my country that I write this.
I don’t like the direction our country is going and it seems to me the only way turn it around is to go back to the point that things took a turn for the worse and try and straighten things out.
However, this is a tough one. I have been listening to a lot of the coverage. I have been listening to the pundits and talking heads, as they remind us the grave toll of life that was taken that day and how surely, we need to make every stride to prevent another 9/11 from happening. In all of that, I am agreed.
Beyond those basic diatribes, I am lost in my own head over the other things I have learned about that day. From the basic denial (of my right-wing conservative Utah upbringing), to starting to ask questions and becoming more convinced of government wrong-doing. Just like in the wake of JFK and the Warren Report, there was a window of time where questioning “the official story” was sure to get you slammed as a “Commie” or some other derogatory term. It was while the question was still tender that New Orleans District Attorney Jim Garrison, started a new investigation, just six years later.. . Why hasn’t that happened in this case? Surely the questions are just as glaring? Perhaps its a matter of courage, because the evidence seems damning. . .
Who will pick up the mantle and carry us forward towards a return to freedom?
If a new investigation weren’t needed, because the 9/11 Commission got it right the first time, perhaps then they would de-classify the transcripts of the commission and let us hear what they discussed off the record, as well, if they truly had our best interests at heart? No.
Surely, the issues of national security discussed then, can be discussed openly now? Osama Bin Laden is dead. He is fish food. The Navy made sure he had a proper sea burial. So now, what else needs to be kept secret? Now that we have vanquished the enemy? Was there another goal of these wars?
Let’s take a look at the towers. All three of them.
In modern architectural history, no steel framed building has ever fallen due to fire. But on 9/11 three towers were supposedly weakened due to fire and collapsed into their own footprint, like in a demolition. Yet, that is what the National Institute of Standards and Technology would have us believe. Even though, their own expert witness, from Underwriter’s Laboratory, testified that (after a test of NIST’s theory) “it was highly unlikely that fires alone, brought down these buildings”. He was subsequently fired, himself.
Really?
This doesn’t even touch on the fact that these buildings were designed to withstand the impact of a Boeing 707, 140 knot hurricane winds and an earthquake of 9+ on the Richter scale.
And it ignores that the Empire State Building, which still stands today, was once hit by an large airplane. Surely that plane had fuel too. . . Why did that building not collapse, let alone, into its own footprint?
No, in the past ten years, I have seen so much evidence to cause me to doubt the official 9/11 story (and the links follow at the bottom), that today and this weekend, I am beyond mere grief over the tragic loss of life. I am angry! I want answers and I think it is time someone in our government stood up and demanded a proper investigation.
This single day is the justification given for the invasion of Afghanistan, Iraq, Pakistan (not to mention, raids into Qatar, Syria, Lebanon and Yemen). This is to even bypass the suggestion, that while we are saving the world from “terrorists”, we have gone into Libya, in support of NATO, to remove Qadaffi. What’s that all about? Why in its wake did we actually leave Al-Qaeda in charge?
This doesn’t begin to address the liberties we have traded for security. The sexual mauling that now takes place in the airports by the TSA, a governmental arm that didn’t even exist until 9/11. Now they are going to police us at football games, bus stations, train stations and highway blockades called VIPR teams. The fact that we even have to fear our own police today as in as many as 11 states, filming an officer can now get you thrown in jail for up to 75 years. Are we really safer?
Both of these buildings, the Chinese Mandarin Hotel (2009) and the Bank America Building in Los Angeles (1992) burned overnight for hours but are both still in use today.
Dr. Ron Paul even said in a 2011 debate, “Be careful if they give you that border fence – It just might be used to keep you in, as much as it is to keep the bad guys out”. This Summer congress voted to allow the IRS to remove your ability to travel freely, if they even suspected you of owing back taxes – Passport privileges, gone!
Our Constitution is in shreds. The founders of this country would be ashamed of us.
How many more Americans must die, to save us from “terrorism”? I believe 2,819 is the official number of Americans that died in the towers, the planes and the Pentagon. Now, over double that number of our brave young men and women of the military forces have died fighting terror around the world. Tens of thousands more have been emotionally scarred by the horror of these wars. Millions of our “enemies” now lie dead and buried, as well (some estimated 500,000, just children).
How many is enough to satisfy our American sense of vengeance? Or were these wars about something else?
Why hasn’t Obama, who promised to bring the troops home “the day he was sworn-in”, done so? Why after killing OBL, do our troops continue to have to police the Middle East? Surely we don’t now consider this U.S. sovereign land? If we do, can we export some resources at our cost to help pay for these endless wars? No? Why not?
Our national deficit was $5.84 trillion on 9/11/2001. Today our national debt has swollen to over $16 trillion and almost $5 trillion of that debt can be attributed directly back to 9/11. I’m not saying we were wrong to take the war to the Taliban, but while we teeter on the edge of bankruptcy in this country, who has won this war?
I would argue that like every war in the last hundred years, if you want to find the winner, look no further than who controls the debt the war created.
So yea, Wall Street! Yea, Rothschilds! But if you think for Americans have won anything, just look at the $750,000 of household debt the average U.S. Family now owes, thanks to their government. If that is winning, I’d sure hate to see losing.
My point of this blog is not to infuriate you, with my “callous disregard for the feelings of others”. It is simply that of the few paragraphs above, I want you to ask the same questions I’ve been asking – Questions that deserve to be answered.
There are too many questions that need to be answered about that day. The answers we were given were a whitewash and America deserves better. The victims deserve better. The victims deserve justice.
I started this blogspot today with the idea of explaining, how I can be for 9/11 truth and still be a patriot. Well honestly, if it was your family that had died in those towers – Wouldn’t you want the people that did it to pay? What if the facts of the case, made the government’s story seem like the real conspiracy theory? Wouldn’t you want to get to the bottom of it and rout the despots and warmongers out?
Our country is based on the ideals of individual liberty, among which, is the right to free speech – Yet, why are we silenced when we ask questions, about the grand sum of inconsistencies on that horrible day? Why are we shunned as crazy? Because we are? Or perhaps, its because we are too close to the truth.
In my book, there is no better proof that you are a patriot, than if you do ask questions about that day. Don’t you think the perpetrators deserve to be brought to justice? Or are we willing to consign ourselves to the lie and the two unjust wars that followed and the thousands of dead Americans, both from 9/11, and the ones who have died in its aftermath, just because asking questions may provide, uncomfortable answers. If the true terrorists are domestic, don’t we owe it to the millions of Iraqi’s and Afghani’s who have died in the wake of these endless wars?
The events of that day are truly unconscionable, if you are a living breathing human being, it should be painful to re-examine the horror of that day. But some times we must be brave. Sometimes we must stick our necks out, and ask some tough questions of our leaders. Once again. I’m just asking questions. It’s all about the questions.
Below is a reading list to consider, starting with all the professional groups and their respective organizations, pushing for a new investigation:
The next is a list of links that point to films, articles and other organizations that may shed light on some of the questions many have about the official story:
And finally, from the victims families who are begging for a new investigation. They are begging for justice for the lives of their sons, daughters, brothers, sisters, aunts, uncles, parents, cousins and friends who were lost in the tragedy of 9/11…
IGNORE for a moment, that the enemy of all mankind, Osama Bin Laden, was an enemy that eluded the most well-trained, most advanced, heavily financed military in world history for 10 years.
IGNORE that after Seal Team Six was forced to kill Osama Bin Laden – We, the American people who financed the most expensive manhunt in American history (the national deficit was $5.64 trillion in 2001, in 2011 when he was killed, it was $14 trillion) weren’t even allowed to see the body – Out of fear of retaliation for disrespecting the “religion of peace”. Uh huh. . .
IGNORE please, the fact that out of the four planes that supposedly crashed that day, two of them left next to ZERO debris field. TWO of which vaporized (along with everything else in the wreckage of 240,000,000 tons of World Trade Center debris (from the THREE destroyed buildings).
And please, IGNORE the fact that once again, outside of unidentifiable wreckage, all that remained on the site of Shanksville, PA was a smoking hole in the ground (which USGS maps clearly identify as having existed prior to the crash, in a 2000 land audit), despite the fact it was loaded with passengers, not one piece of luggage (nor at the Pentagon), not one human body (Shanksville), not one black box, not one titanium jet engine (in all four crashes), which generally speaking is an alloy multiple times stronger than general steel) – They all simply vanished. Yup.
And please, if you missed it in the above paragraph, for the sake of this argument, please IGNORE that THREE steel framed buildings, built to withstand earthquakes of over 9 on the Richter scale and the impact of a Boeing 707, pancaked in on themselves after being hit by TWOplanes and burning for less than two hours, when no steel frame building has ever collapsed due to fire, but all three of these did. . . And into their own footprint? M’kay.
The questions I’m asking (or not asking, excuse me, I forgot we were ignoring these details) are obvious gaffes in the official story and deserve to be answered, but the real question I want to ask you is this. . . Just ask yourself for one minute, WHAT IF your government (or elements within) actually perpetrated this crime?
WHAT IF your son or daughter, needlessly died fighting a people that our government just pointed the finger at, as the bad guy?
WHAT if the real reason we went to war had very little to do with retaliation (not that that is how the media would spin it) and had everything to do with capturing resources? Rich lithium and other rare earth metals, (used in creating our LCD and plasma screens, not to mention powering the batteries of tomorrow’s clean energy cars). The world’s richest opium crops (over half of the world’s opium has flowed out of Afghanistan for hundreds of years). And of course, oil.
WHAT IF the ongoing “war against terrorism” was all about keeping you uneasy. Keeping you afraid, so that you would accept even more, incremental intrusions by a growing police state? From the grope downs of the TSA agents in the airports, to football stadiums and bus stations. . . To TSA VIPR checkpoints on our highways.
WHAT IF because of these legal changes, made in the name of “keeping us safe”, we have lost the right to a trial? The right to be secure in our property from government intrusion without a court given warrant?
WHAT IF the mere accusation of wrongdoing was enough to place you behind bars – INDEFINITELY!?!?
WHAT IF as a result of that imprisonment, you could be illegally tortured as a terrorist suspect? WHAT IF if then, to cover their crimes, you could be killed or assassinated as an enemy of the state?
WHAT IF all of this happened because you were merely suspected or associated with a “suspected” terrorist?
Would you still feel safer? Would you still feel you lived in a “free” country?
WHAT IF we could imprison the actual conspirators (that allowed these attacks to happen for their own political gain) and try them for their crimes against humanity?
Wouldn’t all of these questions, not only be valid to ask, but of the utmost importance to demand answers from our leadership? I’m just trying to say, before you look with hatred at 9/11 truthers, as some kind of destructive anarchists that wants to bring the country down, by spewing their obviously anti-Democratic, or even Anti-American speech. . . Don’t you think he/she might have thought through the implications of what this means to our country, or what it might mean to public’s perception of him/herself?
Joel Gilbert’s film Dreams From My REAL Father and subtitled A Story of Reds and Deception is an incendiary, scandalous and often sensational look at the lineage of our current president, Barack Hussein Obama II. Gilbert’s plot-line removes the “birther” question as frivolous, but comments, “People have been asking the wrong question, not where was he born – but who was he born to? Just who was his real father?”, states Gilbert in the film.
A preview of Dreams From My REAL Father, by writer/director Joel Gilbert
To say Dreams From My REAL Father is an Obama hatchet piece would actually be putting it kindly. This movie takes apart our President a piece at a time, revealing lie after alleged lie, that has been told to the public at large, under the thin veil of American superiority, in which he has hidden his outright Marxist-Communist agenda, to bring free-market American Capitalism to a destructive end.
Unlike other movies in this genre, Dreams From My REAL Father, is told in a first person monologue, by an actor who does a passable job of sounding like our 44th President. In this first person narration, made to sound like Barack Obama’s own book Dreams From My Father, this documentary takes you back in time. It follows young Ann Dunham through her formative years as the daughter of a CIA “spook” (who’s cover was a traveling furniture salesman), to her eventual meeting with Frank Marshall Davis (a well known card carrying American Communist Party member) who then allegedly fathered Barack Hussein Obama II.
Dreams From My REAL Father, illustrates Barack Hussein Obama (Sr.), as an upwardly mobile Kenyan, working towards his Ph.D., who is shown to be coerced into a sham marriage with Ann Dunham, to hide the fact that the baby was Sired by Davis, a known Communist, which would have cost Stanley “Gramps” Dunham his CIA career.
The movie often cuts in shots of Davis, next to pictures of President Obama to show the physical similarity between the two men. Their eyes, cheek bones, lips and ears are all uncannily similar. They are both 6’2″ in stature and even their skin pigmentation is similar. On the other hand, these same physical characteristics are completely lacking, when you compare President Obama to Barack Hussein Obama, (Sr.).
Dreams From My REAL Father goes on to expose his friends in the Weather Underground and even the former President Clinton and his wife Hillary, as Saul Alinsky radicals, looking to bring about a Socialist revolution in our country. . . Even as it tracks President Obama’s rise to power.
If you are a supporter of President Obama, this movie will upset you so badly in the first 15 minutes, I doubt you will make it any further. If you are a Republican, it will send you into a paranoid rage over how such a man could ever have risen to power in our country. And if you are an independent, it may leave you questioning not so much its story. . . But the film-maker’s credibility. How is he able to make these claims? Either way, it is polarizing. If you didn’t like the President to begin with, you’ll like him even less. If you did, your support may waver.
The first person monologue would have been a nice device in which to tell this story, if it had been scaled back, to even 60% of prominence. An additional narration line should have been taken in which to validate all of the wild claims made within this film.
Honestly, if the claims could be presented in an irrefutable manner, in which documented evidence was shown (outside of the quick pans across limited documentation that is shown) – This movie could have been an Oscar contender for “best documentary”.
As it is, you the viewer are left to ask yourself “What was true and what was mere conjecture?” on the part of the film-maker, to tell his story and make his point.
If the story can be fully documented, Gilbert has broken the biggest expose since Woodward & Bernstein met “Deepthroat” in that Washington parking garage. If not, its simply more internet conspiracy trash.
What would be nice, even if not in the movie, would be a written companion book (or website) that could outline second for second, where the references Gilbert makes originate from (much as Alex Jones did in his 2008 masterpiece Endgame: A Blueprint for Global Enslavement). This bibliography of sorts, would go a long way to lending credibility to a movie that often seems to be stretching to make ties, which pulls away from its credibility in other scenes where there is clearly a smoking gun.
In the case of the Alex Jones movie Endgame, you could still call him a “conspiracy theorist” at the end of it, if it makes you more comfortable, but Alex Jones backs up every second of his movie with hard evidence, or at the very least, circumstantial evidence that would probably hold up in court. It’s all clearly spelled out.
Here, we have nothing but the word of the director’s narrative. Not that it should be immediately questioned: Gilbert is a successful producer/director who graduated from the University of London with a double major (in both economics and political science, BA 1986). He later received his Master’s degree from George Washington University, (MBA 1991).
Gilbert is a also a contributing editor for the national security and foreign policy website familysecuritymatters.org, and has appeared frequently as a foreign policy analyst on national radio shows, including The Jerry Doyle Show and The Michael Reagan Show. Gilbert has lectured on Islamism for the Hudson Institute Briefing Council and toured the US and Canada screening his films and lecturing on the Middle East.
An interview with Director/Screenwriter Joel Gilbert, by Michael Savage
Interestingly, the Obama Administration has made no attempts to deny the allegations made in this film, nor have they even addressed it. Not a single word! This despite a National Press Club appearance by its author/director and Gilbert’s banging his drum on the U.S. talk show circuit.
Filmmaker Joel Gilbert appears before the National Press Club
It is either considered laughable by the administration, or political suicide to even touch. I’m sure you’ll have strong opinions either way, but Gilbert is anything but short on credibility, as a respected political commentator. Besides radio, he has made political appearances at both CPAC and the left leaning Hudson Institute Film Festival, where he was a winning film-maker. I just wish that credibility could have better transferred to the film without having to look up the filmmaker’s credentials.
Whether this movie actually uncovers the truth, or just tries to shine some light on the very shady (and unknown) details of Obama’s past I guess will rest with you, the viewer. But the idea of a second Obama administration gives this writer the “heebie-jeebies” after viewing this film. Although its claims can seem outlandish, it does lay out a plausible storyline that answers a great deal about who our President truly is and how he got where he is now. From political connections, to big business connections, to a grass roots coalition for “Change”, this movie is worth making up your own mind about.
Dreams From My REAL Father definitely tells a compelling story, in light of all the secrecy surrounding President Obama’s past and it is gripping in the level of detail, in which Gilbert is able to illustrate. My only complaint was I wanted more sourced material. I wanted this to be a movie that could dispel Obama as a fraud. Perhaps it does.
What is certain is that Dreams From My REAL Father will make you very uncomfortable voting for President Obama again (unless you embrace Communism) and you will be left looking at casting a vote for some other candidate.
After 31 Days, I Have Gone From a 351 Lbs Behemoth, To A Svelt-er 327 Lbs.
First month’s transformation from 351lbs, to 342 lbs, to 335lbs and finally to 331lbs.
My picture just today at 327 lbs. and the final result after just one month on Youngevity! Just wait until next month!
Yesterday was the 31st day since I started had my gluten free diet, based around Youngevity’s vitamin & mineral supplement. The end of my first month after making serious changes in my diet and picking up the exercise. And while sacrifices were made in the beginning, a month on – they are not missed and I can’t wait to find out where the next month will take me. When I set out on this journey, I weighed in at over 351 lbs. Today, I just weighed in at just 327lbs, marking a full 24 lbs that has not only been lost, but with continued attention to diet and exercise, will be forever banished and exiled!
The science behind this way of eating (I hesitate to even call it a diet) is mainly just admitting to yourself, no matter what quality of food you get, whether it be non-GMO, organic, cage-free, grass fed, etc. – It’s not going to have the nutrients that our grandparents food had, because the soils have been depleted by over-farming, lack of crop rotation and especially the lack of nutrient rich fire-coals which were so prevalent 100 years ago. They have been wiped out by our modern way of cooking with clean, effective electric and natural gas stoves and ovens.
If you can admit to yourself (after checking out the science) what science has been telling you for years, that your foods are grossly deficient in mineral content and no where as good for you as they should be, the next step is figuring out how to cure the deficiency.
My suggestion to you is Beyond Tangy Tangerine (or the Ultimate Classic, if you don’t like citrusy drinks). Both provide minimally, a full 100% of your recommended daily allowances of all government recommended vitamins and minerals, plus a supplement of many minerals required in our diets that aren’t even generally recognized by “medical” science as necessary, but this program comes from “naturopathic” science. Where “medical” science generally is more concerned with fixing what ails you; “naturopathic” science would prevent you from getting sick in the first place.
The total breakdown, is 60 minerals, 18 vitamins and 12 amino acids along with 2 fatty acids that leave your body as satiated, as if you’d just had a meal and as I’ve found, this is the cure for the on-the-go lifestyle and those that would suggest you eat five meals a day.
For most of us, that just isn’t practical. If you are stuck in a cubicle all day, you’re lucky anymore just to get an actual lunch hour away from work, let alone telling your boss you are going to split mid-morning and afternoon for “snack-time”.
No – Enjoy your lunch. Don’t overeat, but hold off those mid-morning/mid-afternoon hunger pangs with a fresh, tasty Beyond Tangy Tangerine supplement, giving you all mighty 90 vitamin/minerals & amino acids that the body requires for balanced nutrition, between meals.
If you do this, you will find not only does this quell those mid-day munchies, but you will also eat less even at meal times – If you are hungry at all!
Of course, a key to this is the gluten free diet. One thing interesting to know, is that when bread is metabolized in the stomach, the first thing the stomach does is process it into absorbable molecules. Well outside of breaking down the gluten (which 30% of the time it fails to do), your body also processes most of the carbs from wheat into sugars. These sugars ( a carbohydrate) then fire on the metabolism to give you short term energy highs, followed by metabolic crashes, but unfortunately (especially in cases where you are gluten intolerant) the body actually misinterprets those short term highs as cravings causing you to overeat. So once again, remove the gluten and you remove the problem.
One last piece of advice, for those that may want to try this simple program: Don’t under dose yourself to save money and make the product last. The only time this program has failed for me, has been when I haven’t taking my recommended dosage.
In the case of the Beyond Tangy Tangerine, you want to be taking two scoops per 100 lbs of body weight. In my case, that meant upwards of 7-8 scoops per day when I started and my first bottle of BTT was gone inside of 8 days. I made the second one last the rest of the month, until I ran out just today (my next shipment is due Thursday), but this last week I’ve struggled as I still weigh over 300lbs and I was taking only 100lbs dose. These next few days are going to be a trying time as my next shipment doesn’t arrive until late in the week. Don’t let this happen to you. Obviously, this product isn’t cheap, so I don’t advocate buying it a case at a time, but if you can afford to – it’s probably not a bad idea.
Anyway, if you weigh 150-200 buy accordingly, have two bottles a month on hand (for 3-4 scoops daily, respectively). I only had 2 bottles this last month and should have had a third. If I had, I have no doubts I would have achieved my initial goal of 30lbs of weight loss (just because of my extreme size), not that 24 lbs is anything to snivel at.

The war between Mac users and PC geeks has raged on for a generation now and each camp still has their favorite, with a 1,000 different reasons why their “fave” is the best. Well, aside from the fact I hated Windows Vista, I have become a Mac guy. Yeah, I’m sure Windows 7 was better than Vista, but who cares. I will give you my top SIX reasons why I will own a Mac from now on.
I will address each point the writer made (in the above article), as to why I don’t necessarily agree and then will add my own points. As back ground, I actually used to sell Macs. Later, I became a tech and I kind of know my way around them.
#1. Frugality: Okay, so you save money on the front end, but its (the PC) built with cheap plastic that will break, if not the first time you drop it, the second – and you have close to ZERO resale value. Okay, the nice dinner you got with the wife and the kids, was paid for with the money you got off of your Ebay sale, but I have at least a 50% downpayment towards my next Mac with my resale dollars! On the Mac side: They are crafted from a single piece of aluminum, they are freaking rock solid. I have seen them run-over by a car and still work. Enough said?
#2. Productivity: My Mac rocks, I don’t have to ever save my documents. If the power is interrupted, whether or not I remembered to save, I can reboot to a file saved within a minute of where I last left off. This goes for picking up the job where I left off from the previous day as well. . . Even after I decided to save power and shut my system down for the night. Third, there is no waiting for the anti-virus software or those idiotic permissions at every turn (who even understands what those permissions are asking for anyway?) to slow me down. (And relating to the aforementioned article) So what if some elitist punk wants to flash his iPad. These dweebs are everywhere. So what?!?!
#3. Not only did firewire blow away the rest of the world, that had to use USB; now Apple gives us Thunderbolt. . . Running at over 20 times the speed of USB2.0 and still twice as fast as USB3.0. Why should I be worried about compatibility? Mini-USB, why do I need it? My iPhone camera blows away most plug and play cameras. . . Besides, I still have regular USB!
#4. Batteries: This is the only one I am even partially in agreement with the previous writer on. Yes, Apple batteries can last as little as two years. On the same token, I have a four year old Mac that’s battery still last two hours and a three year old Mac that I can still get better than 3 hours out of. My current machine gives me an amazing 8 hours. What is there not to like? Ummm okay, replacing them. Yeah this sucks and if you happen to be unlucky enough to get a old battery that expands (blows out), it can ruin your computer. Apple really needs to make batteries readily accessible. So, 1/2 a point for the PC team on this one.
#5. Anti-virus, Mal-ware and Spyware. . . Yesssss, it can still infect a Mac. But the instances of it doing so are so rare that, well, I have never had a virus on my Macs and I have owned Macs since 2006.
Anti-virus software and the speed issues that accompany it, plus it getting in the way of your productivity at times, when it thinks something is malicious and you tell it, “it isn’t”, but it insists and gives you ten more pop-ups, before you finally disable it in frustration. I just say “No thanks!”.
#6. Applecare – Seven years of my adult life have been spent in the hell they call retail! I’ve had to sell extended warranties in every retail job, I have ever had. Only working with Apple, did I ever believe in the product. As a matter of fact, Consumer Reports which has never recommended an extended warranty, actually recommends Applecare. Not only will Apple cover you when your item breaks, they offer free customer support for the life of your Applecare on any factory installed software.
Plus, you actually speak to someone who speaks English as their first language – In California no less.
Plus, they are actually experienced in the product you are calling about. Have Garageband questions? More than likely the guy on the Applecare end is a guitarist too. Amazing support. Worth every penny for the support alone, but then it will actually cover anything in the course of normal wear and tear, as well. Any questions?
Now all of that said and maybe returning to the point of frugality, I have never bought a Mac new. But if you can find some poor desperate sod with a six month old one, preferably with Apple Care (if not buy it, if the product is still eligible) can get you the most amazing computer you have ever owned and your cost of owning it will pale compared to a PC – When as Apple says, “It just works”. Once again, you can sell it a year down the road and buy a newer one for a maximum 50% more than you sold this one for and you will enjoy every minute.
The Ron Paul people put together the largest grassroots campaign in modern history. Everywhere you looked you saw “Ron Paul” signs and if you spent any time on the internet, it was a movement that went viral.
In far-flung countries like France, Poland and Spain “Ron Paul” banners were showing up, proving the principles of our constitution carried international appeal. Back home, the character assassinations continued from uneducated talking heads, trying to sound intelligent – Ron Paul often slammed their arguments with such blunt force that early cuts to commercial breaks became standard operating procedures, as these hosts recomposed themselves.
And on the campaign trail, Paul supporters endured police arrests, broken bones and hospital visits at the hands of the opposition. A shameful opposition that lied, cheated and stole from the Ron Paul campaign at nearly every turn, whether it be electronic voting machines programmed to flip votes – or caucus vote tallies carried out behind closed doors, the Ron Paul campaign was defrauded of victories again and again and again.
Despite these low points, there were also triumphs as well and by the time the stage was set for the RNC, Ron Paul had acquired seven states – two more than the RNC rules required for his name being entered into the nomination.
Of course, by the time the RNC had opened, GOP leadership had dismissed the Maine delegates, replaced better than half of the Louisiana delegates, unseat 17 Massachusetts delegates and pretty much re-write every rule they could that would keep the “Ron Paul people” from having a voice in the convention.
Well, as of today, people have started to demonize these great Americans as a danger to the establishment. . . And even calling them a danger to the future of our nation. Well, this is nothing short of hate speech. Why don’t we pull out the tar and feathers while we are at it, or perhaps waterboard them as potential terrorists? Is having a single unified voice suddenly so important in the land of the free? C’mon! Wake up people!
Back off on the Ron Paul people. Give them breathing room. They literally just got screwed by the GOP with a King Kong sized dildo and even then, nobody had the decency to even lube it first. They are more than a little wounded. Not only did they see their candidate unceremoniously dismissed, they saw the democratic process completely suspended for the pre-determined story line to play out as Mitt Romney was coronated the GOP nominee, as opposed to being properly nominated. Opposition was squelched by new rules, re-written just hours before the vote, to minimize dissent in the ranks.
Those points aside, the mainstream media is jumping all over this looking for blood, because of course, if it bleeds – it leads. They are trying to demonize the Ron Paul people to within a stone’s throw of declaring them anti-government terrorists and you know that isn’t true either. It’s a witch hunt!
Bottom line, Ron Paul has scared the bejeezus out of the Republican establishment and they are trying to squash whatever resistance there is to their iron grip and this seems like a really good place for a Star Wars quote or two, first off Princess Leia (Ron Paul followers) to Governor Tarkin (Reince Prebius) “The more you tighten your fist, the more they will slip through your fingers”.
It’s true the GOP is forcing them to the outside, by treating them as outsiders – And guess what, its political suicide. They DON’T EVEN CARE!
What does a cornered animal do – They strike out! Remove them from the corner and you defuse the situation from blowing up. Bringing me to Star Wars quote #2
“So this is how liberty dies, with thunderous applause” – The GOP, Rush Limbaugh, Glenn Beck, Sean Hannity… They are all tickled pink to tell you what haters the Ron Paul people are and how they acted without class as they “caused disruption” in the RNC’s events – WELL OF COURSE THEY DID – THEY WERE BEING RAILROADED!!! All you have to do is open your eyes and pay attention and its tragic!
After this election season, I no longer believe that a democratic system of government exists in this country, The whole thing has just become a big show! Please, anyone who has supported Romney through this election season. . . Stop and ask yourself a serious question! Was democracy served by what occurred in the last week at the RNC? When GOP rules are written on the spot to keep Ron Paul’s name from being entered into nomination, was democracy served? When state’s delegates that won the right to be there through their own determination and due diligence are unseated, because they don’t support the status quo – IS DEMOCRACY SERVED???
No people, this wasn’t right. The Democratic and Republican conventions were never meant by the founders of our country to be coronations (which is what they have turned into)!!! Let me remind you that one of our most beloved Presidents, Abraham Lincoln didn’t win nomination at his convention until the EIGHTH round of voting!!
So what if Ron Paul would have been nominated, he probably wouldn’t have won anyway! So what if he only had 500 or so delegates! Let them vote their conscience! Let him speak at the convention and inject new ideas into a party dying under the boot of the military-industrial complex – But don’t railroad him for being different! The delegates he was represented by, were represented by 100,000′s of voters back home whom the GOP needlessly and unwisely just alienated.
If you truly believe in Democracy and the Democratic process, you should be ashamed of the way the GOP leadership acted this week. Give the Ron Paul people a break – Nobody wants another four years of Obama, including the Ron Paul people, but their point as well – Was give us a real choice!
And if you truly believe in the founders and the process of checks and balances that they created, then you should embrace the dissenting voice, just like you would the ones you support – Those voices shouldn’t be silenced by a party that showed its face as thuggish and totalitarian. Not if you believe in free speech, free elections and the principles of the constitution.
It has never been this easy. . . It was just 25 days ago I started this diet program. It was just 26 days ago I had my last piece of pizza. It was 27 days ago I had my last beer and my last rum & Coke. But it was also 24 days ago that I weighed 351 lbs. Sunday, I weighed just 331lbs. That is 20 lbs. of weight loss, in the last 24 days!
For those of you that have been following this series of blogs, it’s a bit off the pace, but an additional 4 pounds for this third full week and still on the high end of quote/unquote “safe & healthy” weight loss levels.
It may have also been, because this was the week I discovered gluten free corn chips at Sprouts (who I happily welcome to Utah, I shopped there all the time when I lived in Denver) and UtahNaturalMeat.com – They were responsible for my healthy German meals of Applewood Bratwurst, with Sauer-kraut and German potatoes that I enjoyed this weekend. Those baked corn chips were a welcome addition after to my diet after a nearly two-and-a-half week span of no chips at all. The first one was nearly orgasmic! I enjoyed them with a meal of Spanish rice and black beans, with a complement of peppers and onions – kind of a homemade chicken fajita, but without the flour tortillas. Also with my new friends at the West Jordan dairy (UtahNaturalMeat.com) I was able to refill my supply of raw milk, (which is even better than the Heber Dairy I bought from before) and I bought enough fresh sausage (nitrate/nitrite free) that I was able to mix it in with some lemon rice and roll my own homemade dolmathes which I served with salmon and some Greek style yogurt sauce. I even enjoyed a rib-eye steak that was to die for with mashed potatoes loaded with butter and sour cream, along with a side of broccoli.
Either way, four pounds is four pounds and we’ll see what this final run through my first month brings. I didn’t plan this, but by next time I report to you a weight number it will be exactly 31 days since my starting date. What will be my weight then? I’m picking up the workouts a bit this week because I want that number to be 325lbs – We’ll see in 5 days. Hopefully I have left you salivating after sharing my “diet” possibilities with you.
One thing is for sure, I am not going hungry.

Exercise Kills, If Not Balanced With Nutritional Supplementation
In America today there is an unspoken epidemic that kills some of the most talented, fit and athletic among us. This killer is exercise and although it’s sold as one of the best things you can do for heart health and longevity, it often drives athletes to an early grave.
Those killed by this epidemic usually make well above average incomes. Others are just the blue collar worker next door who’s neighbors gasp at their passing, “She was so young!” or “He was in such great shape!”
In a policy statement published in the journal Pediatrics, the American Academy of Pediatrics estimated that 2,000 people under the age of 25 die from sudden cardiac arrest in the United States every year.
According to the C.D.C. (the Center for Disease Control), it gets even worse – 400,000 Americans Die Every Year, during exercise, a sporting event or shortly thereafter, of which 100,000 are under the age of 30 and 300,000 are over the age of 30.
So if exercise is so “good” for us (which, speaking in general terms, it is) – How does it kill us?
The answer may surprise you. “Tragically, It’s happening because of a simple mineral deficiency”, says Dr. Joel Wallach, B.S., N.D., D.V.M.
Dr. Wallach would know. As a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine, over four years in the 1970’s, he was able to do over 17,550 autopsies on animals that had recently died in American zoos. This multi-million dollar project which covered hundreds of species, was funded by the National Institute of Health.
In the study, Dr. Wallach was supposed to discover the environment effects of pollution on animals. While he was never able to specifically offer that hypothesis, he was able to report than in nearly all cases, “these animals were dying because of acute mineral deficiencies”.
In his book DISEASES OF EXOTIC ANIMALS - Medical and Surgical Management he was able to delineate proper supplementation for hundreds of zoological breeds and in the process, cure over 900 animal diseases. This book was enshrined as a national treasure at The Smithsonian Institute.
He later went back to school, wanting to test his findings on human beings and became a medical doctor (N.D.) and practiced medicine in Portland, Oregon for the next 12 years, applying many of his veterinary principles with supplementation to his human patients.
It was in Portland, Dr. Wallach became interested in the study of human longevity and why some of us die so early on in life, while others seemingly live forever with far flung stories of people in some third world countries living well beyond 100.
In the meantime, the average lifespan of Americans has fallen to 77.5 years of age. Interestingly, bringing us back to the subject at hand, he found the average lifespan of a professional athlete to be as low as 58.
When you consider just the above mentioned athletes, at the top of this piece, most of which, for the sports fans among us – you can readily attest that many were “Hall Of Fame” caliber athletes, at the top of their sport. Frighteningly, their average age was just 38.2. Factor in the high school and college kids and that number drops to a blood chilling 31.8!
So its safe to assume Dr. Wallach is onto something here and even his numbers may be erring on the high side (although for a study to be considered credible, it must typically include over 5,000 test subjects).
So should we stop exercising? Absolutely not. However, it is vitally important to recognize what is happening with these athletes, so we don’t allow it to happen to us, or our loved ones.
Dr. Wallach says, “When athletes sweat, they don’t simply sweat out potassium and Gatorade – They sweat out all 60 essential minerals.” He goes on to say, “If you sweat out all your selenium and don’t replace it you’ll have a higher occurrence of having a cardio-myopathy heart attack and possibly even cancers”
“If you sweat out all of your copper and don’t replace it, your likely to die of developing an aneurysm and suddenly drop dead, due to a burst aneurysm”, states Dr. Wallach and he continues, “If you sweat out all of your chromium and vanadium and don’t replace it, you are likely to develop diabetes”.
He finishes adamantly stating, “And if you sweat out all your calcium, magnesium, boron, zinc, sulphur and other minerals that are required for cartilage, ligaments, tendons, connective tissue and bone – you’re going to get a debilitating bone or joint injury.”
The answer, of course, is daily supplementation. Dr. Wallach’s studies have identified a total of 60 minerals, 18 vitamins and 12 amino acids that are absolutely essential to a long life.
“What is the number one reason that a professional athlete’s career ends early?”, Dr. Wallach asks rhetorically, “It’s bone and joint injuries”.
“So is there any proof he is right?”, you may say.
Well, Theo Ratliff, NBA All-Star Center for such teams as the Atlanta Hawks, Portland Trailblazers and Los Angeles Lakers, credits Dr. Wallach for saving his career.
“At the end of the 2001 season, the Doctor’s told me I was finished. . . Hang ‘em up they said”, states Ratliff. But shortly afterward, he had by-chance attended a NBA Player’s Association meeting, where Dr. Wallach was lecturing players from throughout the league and afterwards, Ratliff approached him, asking if there was anything he could do for him.
Well not only did Ratliff recover in that off-season, he returned that Fall and stunned not only the coaches, but the Doctor’s that had told him his career was over, just three months earlier.
He went on to sign a 10 year contract extension with the Los Angeles Lakers and just recently retired at the age of 37 – Not bad for a guy who’s career was supposed to have been over at 27.
“Dr. Wallach changed my life”, Ratliff states, “He gave me the second half of my career, which I would have never had without him. Thanks to him, I was able to cash another $30 million in NBA checks, which otherwise I would have never received.”
Others may say “Is this just merely a pitch to sell me vitamins?”
Not at all. As a matter of fact, if you need a second opinion: Dr. Kenneth Cooper who is reknowned as the Doctor who started the aerobics movement, once said, “You need to exercise vigorously to maintain health and achieve longevity”.
If you asked him today, he would tell you, “too much exercise of any kind is dangerous and potentially life-threatening.” Dr. Cooper now recommends only starting an exercise program, with a regimen of vitamins and minerals supplements.
Yet, even others will say, “All of my necessary nutrients are included in the four food group.”
To that, Dr. Wallach will retort, “That is a damn fool thing to say. Those words have killed more people in the last 200 years than all the wars, put together”.
The bottom line is just as the medical disclaimers will tell you at the bottom of every Gold’s Gym ad on TV. Do not begin any exercise regimen without first consulting with a doctor or physician. Or you can just make sure you are putting backin, everything you are sweating out, in the course of your workout.
Dr. Wallach would have a few suggestions for you. They are products he has formulated himself and are sold through Youngevity and their independent representatives.
Beyond Tangy Tangerine, represents a full complement of Dr. Wallach’s “Mighty 90” or as Youngevity now represents them the “90 For Life”. This citrusy flavored drink comes in either 420g canisters or on-the-go “Sports Paks”.
If you aren’t a fan of citrus drinks the Ultimate Classic, is a cocktail of 77 vitamins and colloidal minerals, in a liquid state meant to be taken with the Osteo-FX Plus which will cover all of the “90 for Life”. These products both go down smooth adding them to a morning protein shake, likeSlender-FX, offered in Vanilla or Chocolate.
Also for the hardcore athlete that may need a boost either during or after their workout, there is Rebound FX. Youngevity’s answer to Gatorade but in a low sodium, low carbohydrate sports drink – complete with antioxidants, natural herbs and over 60 minerals that will make you feel refreshed, while providing you with a burst of energy. Drinking Rebound FX will ensure your body is replenished of minerals and functioning at optimum levels.
Here Dr. Peter Glidden goes “Against The Grain” as he delineates how gluten fails to be absorbed by the stomach and then how it wrecks havoc with our intestine passing the un-digested food out into our small intestines.
Keep in mind although Dr. Glidden is specifically “Against the Grain” with 30% of Americans being unable to digest gluten, he points to sound medical advise that would suggest ALL Americans (and citizens world-wide abandon a diet filled with wheat, barley, rye or oats. Gluten not only does damage to the small intestine, it starts a process that keeps ALL foods from being absorbed in their vitamin, mineral and amino acids base form as they emerge from the stomach. This puts our body into a state of near mal-nutrition, which causes the human body to have to eat more and more foods, just to get the nutrition that it needed to begin with. This is how we’ve been led as a country to an epidemic with obesity. Eliminate gluten and you are half way home. Now you just need to make sure your body is getting the balanced nutrition it needs, for that I give you Dr. Wallach and the “Mighty 90″ (vitamins, minerals and amino acids):
These “Mighty 90″ or the “90 for Life” are the cornerstone of a weight-loss program that has allowed me to lose 16lbs. in 17 days, along with following the recommendations of Dr. Peter Glidden and his list of TEN FOODS THAT KILL. Both Dr.’s Peter Glidden and Dr. Wallach are nationally board certified Naturopathic Doctors. Dr. Wallach, also holds a Veterinary license, from which he is credited with the cures of over 900 animal diseases.

Grab a Beyond Tangy Tangerine And Coast To Dinner Time
For anyone who has followed my blog as of late, you’ve seen me suddenly excited about health and weight loss, because of a product called Beyond Tangy Tangerine.
The truth is, for the last couple of years, I have become frustrated with my weight. Because as I tried to take off pounds in similar fashion to things I had done in the past, it was slow going – or worse still, the scale’s needle was moving in the wrong direction.
Literally, I’ve seen the scale climb from 270 to over 351 lbs. All of that on a frame the doctors say should only be carrying 185 lbs (as I am just over 6’0” tall). I haven’t seen 185 lbs since I was an eighth grader. The last time I was below 200 lbs. was right before a trip to Europe, the Summer between my freshman and sophomore year of high school.
While Beyond Tangy Tangerine is a great value in single containers, perhaps its best value is when purchased in the above bottled 3-pack.
So why am I so encouraged this time? Sixteen pounds in seventeen days – that’s why! I haven’t seen that kind of weight loss since high school (and I’m now 42)!
I have a crazy amount of energy as I bounce through my day – it feels completely natural. There is no “speed-like” or “caffeinated” high, followed by any kind of crash. It just feels like my body is running like a well-tuned car. And the craziest part? The key to my weight loss isn’t even sold as a diet product – It’s just a vitamin and mineral supplement. . . Although I feel like, as it becomes better known, it may become known as the ultimate weight loss product.
ORAC Score (tracking Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity) leaves Beyond Tangy Tangerine in a league by itself with over 5 times the free radical absorbing power of the next leading vitamin supplement.
Breaking Down Beyond Tangy Tangerine’s 115 fruits and vegetables into its 90 mineral components would take a much larger panel, but here are the ones required by law and their RDA values.
I want to give you a little peak under the hood of what makes this such a great supplement, but as I explain what components make up this fantastic cocktail of 115 fruits & vegetables, I want you to understand that this isn’t a one size fits all solution.
While one bottle of Beyond Tangy Tangerine may be the perfect answer for your size two body that weighs 98 lbs soaking wet, you will more than likely need two bottles to make it through a 30 days cycle. Just as you wouldn’t give a baby, an adult dosage of medication; you wouldn’t medicate a 200lbs man with the baby’s dosage either.
At over 300 lbs., I may find myself better suited to three bottles per month (or perhaps two bottles with a box of on-the-go packets. A good rule of thumb, is to use two scoops (a recommended 100lbs dosage) per 16 oz’s of water. Try that as you are leaving the house in the morning. If you need more, make up a second bottle in the afternoon.
I hesitate to call this a “meal replacement” as once again, that is not how this product is marketed, but for me it feels as if it could be.
Just one of the many foods that have become grossly deficient in the same minerals that were known to have existed just two generations back and the reason you need a supplement like Beyond Tangy Tangerine
The key to why I feel this product is so critical in my weight loss, is that I am not hungry between meals. There is no appetite suppressant included. Once again, this is just straight vitamins and minerals.
There are sixty minerals to be exact. The amount of minerals that a board certified Naturopathic Doctor will tell you is essential to all vertebrates (or any mammal with a spine). Additionally, there are 16 vitamins and 12 amino acids (plus two Omega fatty acids).
These 90 nutrients makes up the core of what Youngevity calls their “90 for Life”. It is like the central core of a sunflower with their additional products making up the petals, but this is where it all starts.
So how is a vitamin supplement keeping me from being hungry?
Beyond Tangy Tangerine also comes in these convenient on-the-go packages, with a “two-scoop” serving inside each slender package
These 90 nutrients are by no means everything your body needs to consume to be healthy, but they are literally the backbone of what keeps us ticking. When we start feeling a craving for a hot dog, or ice cream. . . or even a pickle, that is our body’s way of telling us what minerals it is deficient in and although we may not be smart enough to figure out what our body needs, it knows! So it sends out impulses to the brain of known quantities that may contain that mineral.
So without proper balanced nutrition, that is how we become fat. The body becomes deficient in a nutrient and sends the brain on a mission to satiate the stomach’s needs. As the body searches for the deficient nutrient, it may consume 100 calories – or it may consume 5,000 calories, by either stuffing the stomach until it feels satiated, or by filling the void with the right nutrient(s) before a full-on binge takes place.
That is how eating only three meals a day, I have virtually eliminated snacking and been able to keep my caloric intake down to under 2,000 calories per day. I can only attribute this to the fact my body feels satiated. It has what it needs, so like some people that fat or obese people love to hate, because they can walk through their whole day and not even think about food. . . I have become one of those people.
Literally, there is no need for an appetite suppressant because I have no appetite. Not when, as I have pointed out, I have a Beyond Tangy Tangerine about mid-morning and then mix up another one in the afternoon. When I am able to enjoy it this way, I find no need to snack between meals.
Now for those of you who are saying to yourself, the idea of only three meals a day is an antiquated notion. . . Think about it. For you five meal a day people, that is exactly what I am giving myself when I drink my Beyond Tangy Tangerine between breakfast and lunch, then again between lunch and dinner. It’s a completely balanced “nutrient” meal with only 30 calories per serving.
As we prepare to exhalt another Republican warlord who will answer to the beck and call of the military-industrial complex, I’d like to remind you why more than likely, the most conservative Republican in this race, will be watching from the sidelines and as you cheer Governor Romney to victory. I’m hoping you might consider the words of Marine, Major General Smedley Butler, who was the most decorated soldier in U.S. History, at the time. He knew a thing or two about war. . . Does his speech below sound more like Governor Romney or does it resonate with the words of Dr. Paul? I’ll leave it up to you to decide, but it is worth considering as the most important Republican convention of modern times convenes this weekend.
Major General Smedley Butler was a Marine General who was the most decorated soldier in U.S. History, at the time. He knew a thing or two about war. . .
“War is just a racket. A racket is best described, I believe, as something that is not what it seems to the majority of people. Only a small inside group knows what it is about. It is conducted for the benefit of the very few at the expense of the masses.”
“I wouldn’t go to war again as I have done to protect some lousy investment of the bankers. There are only two things we should fight for. One is the defense of our homes and the other is the Bill of Rights. War for any other reason is simply a racket.”
“I believe in adequate defense at the coastline and nothing else. If a nation comes over here to fight, then we’ll fight. The trouble with America is that when the dollar only earns 6 percent over here, then it gets restless and goes overseas to get 100 percent. Then the flag follows the dollar and the soldiers follow the flag.”
“I helped make Mexico, especially Tampico, safe for American oil interests in 1914. I helped make Haiti and Cuba a decent place for the National City Bank boys to collect revenues in. I helped in the raping of half a dozen Central American republics for the benefits of Wall Street. The record of racketeering is long. I helped purify Nicaragua for the international banking house of Brown Brothers in 1909-1912. I brought light to the Dominican Republic for American sugar interests in 1916. In China I helped to see to it that Standard Oil went its way unmolested”
“During those years, I had, as the boys in the back room would say, a swell racket. Looking back on it, I feel that I could have given Al Capone a few hints. The best he could do was to operate his racket in three districts. I operated on three continents.” – Major General Smedley Butler
